We built thepour we wanted.
KILA started where most good drinks start — around a table, with people we love. The conversations were the part we wanted to keep. The alcohol, the sugar, the slow morning after — those were the parts we wanted to leave behind. So we built our own.
Ritual First
Built aroundthe pour.
One paper stick, eight ounces of cold water, twenty minutes. We kept the part of a drink you actually loved — the slow pour, the conversation that opens up around the third sip, the evening that feels like an evening — and engineered out the rest.

Noble kava — the traditional cultivar, never tudei — standardized to 250 mg of kavalactones per stick. Blended with ashwagandha, saffron, lemon balm, and L-theanine. Every ingredient is on the label, with a real dose. No alcohol, no sugar, no fog.

A note from our founder
Why I built this.
I spent a lot of years saying yes to the glass of wine because that’s what the table was doing. The ritual was the part I actually loved — the slow pour, the conversation that opens up around the third sip, the evening that feels like an evening. The hangover and the hazy Sunday were the parts I kept trying to negotiate around.
I built KILA because I wanted the ritual without the cost. Noble kava, plant-based, alcohol-free, made with the kind of respect this root has earned. If you’re here, you probably want the same thing. Thanks for being early.
