Due to the nature of consumable wellness products, KILA does not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used powder stick packs. All sales are final once your order ships.

Damaged or defective orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Send us a photo of the issue and your order number.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to make a change? Email us immediately with the subject line "Change My Order." We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee modifications once an order has been processed and queued for fulfillment.
