Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12pm CT or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order any time by logging into your account at feelkila.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update after your confirmation is sent.
Delivery issues
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan packages early. If it still hasn't shown up after that window, email us at hello@feelkila.com and we'll track it down or send a replacement.
Kila is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately — we cannot reroute orders already in transit.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our waitlist to be notified when your country is available.
