Cancelling your subscription

You're never locked in. Cancel any time before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again.

1. Log in to your account at feelkila.com and navigate to Manage Subscription.
2. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm. You'll receive a confirmation email right away.
3. Prefer help? Email us at  and we'll handle it for you within 24 hours.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal to avoid being charged for that cycle. Orders already processed cannot be cancelled.

Pausing your subscription

Not ready to cancel? You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Your next order will resume automatically when the pause ends — we'll send a reminder 3 days before.

Modifying your order

Need to change your frequency, flavor, or quantity? Update your subscription any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect on your next renewal cycle. Modifications to an order already in fulfillment cannot be made.

Reactivating a cancelled subscription

Changed your mind? You're always welcome back. Simply log in and reactivate your subscription — your preferences will be saved and your discount will apply from your first renewed order.
